Language courses, integration knowledge and skills needed by Ukrainians
to successfully adapt to the new environment
and to help find a job in Germany

PROJECT OF "GARNA" LANGUAGE SCHOOL AND "K+S" COMPANY

  • German language courses (from beginner level to B2)
  • Career counseling, help with finding a job, writing resumes and motivational letters

Language courses, integration knowledge and skills needed by Ukrainians to successfully adapt to a new environment and help find a job in Germany

Results of German language courses

  • every week, the project participants, namely 30 Ukrainians divided into 3 groups according to the level of knowledge (from A1 to B1), had 6 lessons with teachers online and in the office for 6 months.
  • performed tasks on an interactive platform
  • made tests and projects
  • at the end of the course, they wrote a final test and reached the planned levels

Results of personnel selection and employment assistance:

2 participants have already received jobs in the company

5 participants are interested in following the APPRENTICESHIPS program next year

Other participants continue to learn the language and start a career in Germany
